As a Senior Program Manager, you will drive project teams to successful launch of new Enterprise products or programs into the market. You will clarify and challenge objectives, develop roadmaps, assess the complexity and risks, help unblock as needed, and partner with highly skilled technical resources to deliver quality solutions with agility and speed. In partnership with senior leaders across multiple teams, you will drive execution of your projects, ensuring consistency and timely execution in line with PMO processes. Inspect and assess projects' health; provide input for corrections needed or help raise up issues for quick resolution.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead multiple, concurrent complex programs.
- Be a strategic thinker that works with product management to outline objectives and define success criteria. Bring together the right team members across multiple organizations to accomplish the goals.
- Build execution plans for every aspect of the project. Effectively engage teams to understand progress and blockers. Know key stakeholders and communicate at the right frequency and level of detail to provide visibility or get needed help with the right sense of urgency.
- We are a fast-paced team! We need to be nimble and ready to pivot with any direction changes and guide the project teams to adjust course as needed.
- Ability to identify and manage risks. Collaborate cross functionally and contribute on solutions
- Willingness to come alongside team members that need help to complete their deliverables.
- Exhibit confidence and project knowledge to executive leadership.
- Be involved in the maturation of our PMO capabilities.
What we need to see:
- 5+ years of experience successfully leading programs in a fast paced and multifaceted environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in bringing new enterprise products to market.
- Knowledge of enterprise SW or the enterprise SW business; ability for fast paced learning. Knowledge of accelerated computing will jumpstart you in this role.
- Consistent track record of delivering solutions when needed, while navigating a fast-paced environment with frequent shift in priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal/presentations. Needs to be able to bridge from high-level objectives to project details and vice-versa.
- SC time zone-based work and willingness to work with a global team spanning different time zones.
