Our company is seeking a Trailer Technician with a minimum of 3 years of experience to support our growing fleet. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing a variety of diesel trucks and buses, but also has the ability to assess new technology and apply the findings to their specific position. We are looking for a skilled technician that has more than 2 years of experience with trailer repair, welding, and fabricating, The ideal candidate will also have strong communication skills and enjoy collaborating with coworkers, as well as working in a high-pressure environment and being responsible for professional truck repairs.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair problems with diesel engines.
- Mechanically tune diesel engines.
- Perform preventative maintenance checks and services on diesel engines.
- Diagnose problems with air intake systems, fuel injection, and exhaust systems.
- Use computers to perform diagnostics.
- Work on vehicles under pressure.
