Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum for preschool students
- Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning and growth
- Provide individualized attention and support to students with special education needs
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that encourages student engagement and participation
- Utilize effective classroom management strategies to maintain a safe and productive learning environment
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to coordinate activities and events
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians on a regular basis
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and academic performance
Experience:
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged students in an educational setting
- Knowledge of physical education, special education, and literacy education principles
- Strong ability to develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques and strategies
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents/guardians, and other stakeholders
