Taylor Shellfish Farms is America’s largest shellfish farming company, family-owned and operated since 1890. We grow four species of oysters, clams, mussels and geoducks, specializing in premium quality live half-shell oysters. In addition to our wholesale distribution, we own four bustling oyster bars in Washington to exemplify our “Tide to Table” philosophy and set the gold standard for oyster shucking presentation. Our Samish Bay Location gives our guests the opportunity to dine beach side in a lively counter service oyster bar.
Candidates should have strong FOH leadership experience (3+ years). Additional BOH experience is a plus. Strong candidates will exhibit strength in the following areas:
