The ideal candidate will have expertise in the restoration industry, including fire restoration, asbestos abatement, mold remediation, and water damage restoration. As a Water Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading teams, coordinating project timelines, and ensuring successful project completion. **Responsibilities:** - Manage water damage restoration projects from initiation to completion - Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project goals are met - Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively during restoration projects - Oversee the cleaning and restoration process to restore properties to pre-damage conditions - Implement asbestos abatement and mold remediation procedures as needed - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project - Monitor project budgets and timelines to achieve cost-effective results - Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and address any issues promptly **Requirements:** - Proven experience in the restoration industry, specifically in water damage restoration - Strong knowledge of fire restoration, asbestos abatement, and mold remediation techniques - Ability to lead teams effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and subcontractors - Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction - Certification or training in water damage restoration is a plus Join our team as a Water Project Manager and play a crucial role in restoring properties and helping clients recover from water damage incidents.
