Responsibilities for Dual-Role Position at Zuna Nightclub and Restaurant
- Greet and Seat Customers: Warmly welcome guests as they arrive, escort them to their tables, and ensure they are comfortably seated.
- Oversight of Reservations and Table Turn Times: Manage reservations, confirm table minimums for VIP guests, and oversee table turn times to ensure efficient flow and guest satisfaction.
- VIP Table Management: Oversee seating of VIP tables, introduce guests to the service team, and ensure all VIP guests receive exceptional service.
- Client Database Management: Assist in building and maintaining a client database, recording guest preferences and feedback to enhance future experiences.
- Floor Management: Supervise the restaurant floor, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any issues that arise promptly.
- Setting and Clearing Tables: Ensure tables are properly set before guests arrive and cleared promptly after they leave, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
- Restaurant Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including restocking supplies and ensuring all areas are presentable.
- Opening and Closing Duties: Assist with opening preparations and closing tasks, ensuring the restaurant is ready for service and properly closed down at the end of the night.
- Bilingual Communication: Use bilingual skills in Spanish and English to effectively communicate with guests and staff, ensuring clear and accurate interactions.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role, with a focus on guest services and floor management.
