Job Description:
Cooks will assist the Kitchen Manager in all daily operations of the commissary kitchen.
The candidate is expected to be on foot and moving 95%+ of their shift.
This is a back of house position.
Key Job Functions:
Food Prep - You will be responsible for the timely production of all food items in the kitchen.
Culture - You will be a beacon of our Mission, which is to ensure that all our guests are encouraged in a way that creates loyalty.
You will be a brand ambassador, reinforcing our values and business drivers for team members.
Administration - You will be required to count inventory, record HACCP logs, follow and fill out checklists, understand labor percentages, and assign cleaning tasks.
Cleaning - The best kitchen is a clean kitchen. You will be responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of the commissary.
