As the Director of Information Technology, you will lead our company's IT operations, ensuring that the IT department not only delivers efficient technical support but also champions productivity enhancements for line-of-business applications across the different divisions. This role involves substantial management of external IT service relationships, focusing on line-of-business for the Supply and Furniture divisions and overall IT needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute an IT strategy that aligns with business objectives, focusing on optimizing the integration of our line-of-business applications.

Partner with FSI managers to identify technology gaps in current business applications and devise solutions to bridge these gaps effectively.

Lead the evaluation and overhaul of existing business applications to boost workflow efficiency and operational effectiveness.

Establish and maintain robust partnerships with external IT vendors and service providers, ensuring they meet our business's specific needs.

Spearhead the development, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems with an emphasis on business applications that enhance operational efficiency and data utilization.

Implement stringent business continuity protocols to minimize operational disruptions.

Analyze IT infrastructure and business application performance to determine necessary upgrades and enhancements.

Ensure comprehensive security measures are in place for all business applications, coordinating with Managed Service Providers (MSP) for regular security assessments.

Manages multisite IT systems for proper and efficient operations.
- Hires and trains IT staff if needed.

Schedules, organizes, and assigns projects to members of the IT team.

Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
- Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science required; master’s degree or MBA preferred.
