Title: Sales Coordinator

Duties Essential Functions include, but are not limited to, the following.
1. Execution of Strategy
o Implement strategies developed by senior management across operations, licensing, custom, and golf channels
o ensuring effective execution in line with organizational goals.
2. Cross-Departmental Coordination
o Act as the primary liaison between the licensing department and other departments including marketing, accounting, production, and design.
o Facilitate communication and workflow to ensure all departments are aligned with executed strategies and project timelines
o Coordinate with Inventory to identify if orders should come finished vs made in-house and ensure in-stock conditions for VIP
3. Project Support
o Manage the day-to-day aspects of licensed projects and VIP customer orders, ensuring they adhere to agreed-upon specifications and timelines.
o Monitor project progress and coordinate necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and quality standards.
4. Compliance and Quality Control
o Ensure that all licensed products and VIP customer products meet rigorous quality control standards.
o Verify that all activities comply with company policies and legal standards.
5. Financial Coordination
o Assist in the processing of royalty payments and financial transactions for VIP customers, ensuring accuracy and promptness.
o Support budget tracking and financial reporting for licensing and VIP channels.
6. Marketing and Brand Support
o Work closely with marketing and design teams to support promotional strategies and product launches
o Ensuring alignment with brand values, particularly for VIP clientele.
7. Documentation and Record Keeping
o Maintain meticulous records of all licensing agreements, VIP customer transactions, and communications.
o Compile and present regular reports detailing activities and outcomes within the licensing and VIP customer segments to senior management.
8. Issue Resolution
o Serve as a point of contact for resolving operational issues related to licensing agreements or VIP customer products.
o Facilitate swift resolution of problems by coordinating with relevant departments.
9. Operational Improvement
o Collect feedback from stakeholders involved in the licensing and VIP processes to identify operational bottlenecks and areas for improvement
o Stay informed on industry best practices to enhance the operational effectiveness of licensing and VIP customer management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
