Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met or exceeded.
- Maintain a minimum markup of 30% on all active jobs.
- Ensure compliance with building permit requirements, including onsite documentation and signage installation before commencing works.
- Conduct mandatory inspections according to permit documentation.
- Obtain compliance certificates for electrical and plumbing work as necessary.
- Ensure all costs are raised and purchase orders issued before submitting final invoices.
- Limit the use of builders/multi-trades unless cost-effectiveness is proven and approved by management.
- Obtain a minimum of three quotes for works exceeding $10,000 for a single trade.
- Allocate appropriate cost code allowances to trades when issuing purchase/work orders.
- Obtain management approval before exceeding cost code allowances.
- Provide weekly updates to key stakeholders, utilizing the case management team.
- Ensure all variations comply with client requirements and are approved by the estimator.
- Review and assess progress invoices submitted by trades before approval.
- Raise invoicing reconciliation variations for completed works and ensure budget balance.
- Maintain file management in Dash, including regular saving of job notes and updating of stakeholder interactions.
- Send all email communications through Dash or using Dash ID for automatic saving.
- Save each quote into Dash with correct file naming and storage.
- Attend weekly Job Pack meetings and provide updates on PC Dates, job progress, works schedule, and photos of completed works.
- Assist with monthly Cost Reports, ensuring accuracy and addressing any budget discrepancies immediately.

· Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
· Strong understanding of construction estimating and contracts
· Excellent time management and organizational skills
· Ability to coordinate multiple aspects of a project simultaneously
· Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera, Prolog, or ProCore
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
