Trailstone Insurance Group is an independent insurance agency, which means we represent multiple insurance companies. We are not locked into just one insurance company.

We are growing aggressively and seeking an entry-level customer service representative to join the team and learn and grow with our agency.
The ideal candidate would be looking for an opportunity for career advancement. We will train and mentor the right person to increase their responsibilities and income.

What does a customer service representative do at Trailstone?
- 1st and always... we treat others the way we would want to be treated. Google us and read the reviews, our customers love working with us. We have over 1,000 reviews and still have a 5-star rating.
- Help our clients with changes to their insurance policies, such as adding a vehicle, changing home coverage, adding a driver to a policy, etc.
- Assist with answering questions about policy coverages.
- Advising the client when their insurance renews.
- Be a friend to our clients when they need us... like when they have a claim.
- Serve our clients and enjoy helping solve their issues.

Responsibilities
- Advise clients through email, phone, and text messaging as needed.
- Endorse policies for clients as needed.
- Provide policy documents to clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with our existing client base.
- Document customer interactions in agency management software.
Requirements
- Colorado Property and Casualty insurance license is required. We will help you with this.
- Working knowledge of computer software: Microsoft Office products, Dropbox, and Customer Management Software.
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
- Be self-motivated! We are looking for a self-starter.
- Willingness to learn and be coached.
- This position is not remote and will require being in our Littleton office.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
