Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Respond to help desk tickets in a timely manner and resolve issues within established SLAs
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals
- Set up and maintain user accounts and access rights in Active Directory
- Assist with the administration of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems
- Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Document all support activities and solutions in the ticketing system
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT support role
- Proficient in Windows operating systems (Windows 10, Windows Server)
- Strong knowledge of computer networking concepts and protocols
- Experience with IT service management tools such as ServiceNow or Jira
- Familiarity with GPO (Group Policy Objects) and Active Directory administration
- Experience with VPN (Virtual Private Network) setup and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Meraki networking equipment is a plus
