Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Breakfast Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving breakfast items, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and set up the breakfast area before guests arrive
- Cook and serve breakfast items such as eggs, bacon, sausage, and pastries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the breakfast area
- Monitor and replenish food items as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist guests with any special requests or dietary needs
- Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries promptly
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in culinary or meal preparation preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to perform basic meat cutting tasks is a plus
- Strong customer service and guest relations skills
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and equipment
- Proficient in phone etiquette for guest interactions
- Ability to bus tables and maintain a clean dining environment
