Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a territory sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and engage potential customers through prospecting and networking activities.
- Present and sell Innovative Premier's products and services to prospective clients.
- Educate customers on the benefits and features of our offerings, ensuring they understand the value.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field; territory sales experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for meeting new people and promoting products.
