*Responsibilities:*
* Deliver safety talks to guests before they begin their entertainment experience.
* Oversee the enjoyment of guests throughout their entertainment session.
* Address any safety concerns or issues that arise during guest interactions.
* Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall guest experience.
* Assist guests with equipment setup and troubleshooting.
* Maintain a clean and organized entertainment arena.
*Requirements:*
* Technologically inclined with the ability to learn and troubleshoot equipment.
* Previous customer service experience.
* Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Work in a fast paced environment with distracting conditions.
* Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
* Move about the floor and stand for long periods of time.
* Walk or stand 100% of a shift.
* Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.
*Nice to have:*
* Customer service experience in an entertainment background.
* Personal or professional experience with immersive entertainment.
