Responsibilities: - Install, maintain, and troubleshoot automated systems and equipment - Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on automation systems - Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic malfunctions - Program and configure logic controllers and distributed control systems - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize automation processes - Document maintenance activities and update equipment records - Provide technical support and training to operators and maintenance staff Experience: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field - Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude for troubleshooting - Proficiency in programming logic controllers (PLCs) and distributed control systems (DCS) - Knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, and motor controls - Familiarity with AutoCAD or other computer-aided design software - Ability to detect and resolve issues in automation systems quickly and efficiently - Excellent customer service skills to interact with internal stakeholders Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities and experience requirements.
