What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Program Manager, you will oversee the residence and milieu, ensuring the well-being of our clients and supervising direct care staff. Your role includes:
- Mediating and resolving staff issues through effective communication.
- Overseeing job performance evaluations and fostering staff development.
- Maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment by assessing resident needs and guiding staff in appropriate responses.
- Creating and implementing Residential Care Plans with regular reviews.
- Ensuring compliance with state regulations and participating in state inspections.
- Managing staff schedules and coverage decisions.
- Acting as the primary on-call person for emergencies.
- Documenting activities, meetings, and occurrences with both staff and residents.
- Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and pharmacies for medication management.
- Leading house meetings and providing guidance to staff.
- Communicating with family members, as necessary.
- Identifying and developing solutions to potential problem areas within the organization.
- Participating in organizational meetings, special projects, and other related duties.
- Interviewing, retaining, and managing staff with administrative approval.
- Collaborating with the clinical team to ensure proper residential care.
- Working with other program managers on innovative solutions.
- Maintaining the physical aspects of the home for comfort and safety.
- Ensuring all dietary needs for each client are met according to physician’s orders.

What You’ll Need:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the human services field or a BA in a human service-related field and 2 years management experience. Must maintain insurability on Trivium auto policy.
- Must have the ability to respond to crisis situations and be on-call for the program to maintain a flexible schedule.
