Job Requirements and Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager for our apartment community in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the apartment industry, including supervisory and leadership skills. Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing all aspects of property management, including financial reporting, occupancy management, and lease renewals.
- Must be bilingual!
- Managing rent collection, addressing late payments, and handling operating expenses.
- Utilizing sales management and marketing knowledge to attract new tenants and retain existing ones.
- Investigating and resolving tenant complaints, disturbances, and violations in a timely manner.
- Conducting routine inspections, including vacated units, and maintaining the property's appearance.
- Experience working with conventional apartment communities of at least 300+ units is preferred.
- Demonstrating stress-management, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen eye for detail and organization.
- A stable work history is a must, with a minimum of a high school diploma and some college education. An Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
