Review all Delivery and Service repair orders to identify jobs to be dispatched.
Dispatch all Delivery and Service RO’s to technicians ensuring each technician has a constant workload.
Maintain a schedule of open and pending RO’s with a planned start date and current status.
Consult with delivery and service advisors as necessary to ensure timely and thorough job completion.
Communicate expected job start dates to advisors.
Facilitate physical movement of coaches to and from service bays and internal sublet shops.
Monitor status of jobs in progress in each shop.
Attend all company required meetings.
