We are a small, family-owned and oriented tennis club looking for friendly faces to join our team in handling customer inquiries at our front desk, along with other tasks needing day-to-day support at the club.

For full-time staff (35+hrs/wk) we provide a small monthly healthcare stipend, annual salary target with 40 hrs/wk can range from ~$39-43k. Additional discretionary annual bonuses for exceptional performance.

Hours:
- ~30-40 hours a week
- Preferred availability for ~8 hour shifts 4-5 weekdays + at least 1 weekend day
- Shifts either 6:30/7AM-2:30PM or 2:30PM-11PM
- Shifts and hours may change depending on seasonal hours, holidays, team absences, etc.
Requirements:
- Minimum education - must have graduated with a High School Diploma or GED
- Positive, can-do attitude and a team player
- Openness to learn new skills
- Effective communication skills, written & spoken
- Reliable and punctual on time
- Basic computer proficiency - ability to send professional email and manage bookings and payments through online systems / applications
Experience preferred:
- Professional email correspondence
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
- Reception / Front desk or other customer service background (retail, hospitality, professional services, etc.)
Job duties:
Front-of-House
- Greet and check-in players and customers with a smile, direct to lessons and courts as required
- Handle customer inquiries, bookings, billings, and issues both in-person and remotely (email, phone)
- Be able to quickly and clearly explain club programs, memberships, court rates
- Connect communication to managers where necessary
- Help with general facility upkeep – check if any large messes or garbage to keep lounge, bathroom, and general areas tidy
Back-of-House
- Be familiar with and utilize our online system for court reservations, billing, and attendance management
- Make adjustments to court and lessons reservations as necessary, ensuring bookings are correct and running smoothly
- Communicate and agree lesson changes with on-court staff
- Manage customer accounts - review bookings and billings for accuracy and help fix as needed
- Make sure payments are collected and booked

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
