Job Description:
Physio First Therapy Services is seeking a part-time Office Administrator to join our team. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our office located in Houston, TX. Hours for the position will be Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 9am-6pm. The ideal candidate will be Spanish-speaking and have a background in customer service, administrative and or office management, and experience in a medical office setting.
Essential Duties:
- Manage incoming calls and emails
- Schedule follow-up visits for patients
- Assist with completion of intake forms
- Create and update patient records
- Order supplies as needed
- Maintain inventory of medical equipment and supplies
- Manage patient files
- Order office supplies as needed
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Spanish-speaking
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 30 per week
