Gino’s East in Lake Geneva is looking for talented individuals to join our front-of-house team! Positions include Host/Cashier or Servers.
We are searching for friendly and energetic individuals who can properly represent the service and hospitality of the staff in our restaurant.

Responsibilities:
Host/Cashier
- Warmly and graciously greet and accommodate all incoming restaurant guests, always maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor
- Accommodate special seating request for guest whenever possible
- Upon seating, offer guests a menu and inform them of their server’s name. Inspect table for proper presentation and completeness
- Maintain supplies of mints and toothpicks at the host stand
- Clean menus of food and stains
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager on duty
- Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return. Relay guest comments or suggestions to the manager on duty
Server
- Prepares room for dining by clothing tables and setting decorations, condiments, candles, napkins, service plates, and utensils
- Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies
- Helps patrons select food and beverages by presenting menu; offering cocktails and appetizers; suggesting courses; explaining the chef’s specialties; answering food preparation questions
- Transmits orders to bar and kitchen by recording patrons’ choices, identifying patrons’ special dietary needs and special request
- Keeps kitchen staff informed by noting timing of meal progression
- Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed; replenishing utensils; refilling water glasses; being alert to patron spills or other special needs
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Bartender:
- Must be 18+ years old to qualify
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks.
- Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must have reliable transportation
- Strong interpersonal and people skills
- Previous customer service/restaurant experience is a plus
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
