Position Summary:
Nova Recovery Center is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Wimberley, TX, area. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all exterior and interior spaces of a multi-tenant property. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in painting, drywall repair, and other interior and exterior maintenance.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience in property maintenance with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry experience and safe use of power tools.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and be able to be insured to use company vehicles.
- Must be available to work Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00AM until 5:00 PM (this schedule may vary and may include weekends)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. above your head.
- Ability to climb ladders and work at heights.
- Ability to work in tight spaces (e.g., attic spaces, crawlspaces, etc.).
- Ability to safely use hand and power tools as well as all equipment needed for the job at hand.
