Duties:
- Responsible for smooth daily operations of the front desk
_ Answer and direct phone calls
- Managing patient scheduling
- Coordinate guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies
- Manage patients payments
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with leads responses to convert them into facility patients
- Develop and maintain relationships with patients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Help office manager with clerical duties
Requirements:
- Bilingual
- Proven experience as a Front Office Coordinator in the medical field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on patients satisfaction
- Experience in sales is preferred

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
