Overview
As a Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist & Social Media Coordinator, you'll not only serve as the first point of contact for our diverse clientele but also play a key role in enhancing our online presence.
Duties and Responsibilities
Client Interaction
- Answer multiple phone lines, directing calls to appropriate departments or individuals.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone and email, ensuring professionalism and proper grammar at all times
Administrative Tasks
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Manage inventory and keep the kitchen stocked with essential items
Social Media Management
- Create and schedule posts across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Monitor social media channels for customer engagement and respond to inquiries and comments
- Assist in developing social media campaigns to increase visibility and engagement
Problem-Solving
- Address client issues and concerns promptly, escalating them to management when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to facilitate smooth operations
Skills and Qualifications
Required
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong multitasking abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and trends
Preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role
- Experience in social media management
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
- Paid time off
Schedule
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
