Job Title: Supplement Processor
Classification: Non-exempt
Department: Credit, Data, Verification
Reports to: Operations Manager, CDV
Position Summary
Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, the Supplement Processor will process trade line supplement requests and verification for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide existing customer support which may include but not be limited to answering phone calls, completing client conference calls, and calling creditors to verify client information
- Process Supplements in technology system and update credit report with accurate verified information
- Manage customer and/or product-specific projects that may be assigned periodically
Qualifications
- Must have at least 2 years of customer service related duties
- Previous experience working with consumer credit reports strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products
- Ability to analyze and resolve routine customer service-related issues of diverse scopes
- Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in person and by telephone
- Must have the ability to interpret and communicate detailed product information
- Need to be an outgoing individual with an assertive yet supportive skillset
