It is an exciting time at MSP and we are seeking a people-focused Regional Director, Relationship to join our Team. This role will be based in Philadelphia, with some travel to New York. The Director, Regional Relationship has an uplifting attitude, a strong sense of self and is always looking to develop and grow both personally and professionally. This role is integral to the high-level oversight of multiple Clinics and requires a people first approach. With that in mind, above all, you are personable and people centric. - You have experience budgeting and being held accountable for budget targets

- Valid Driver’s License and Passport
- You have 8+ years’ experience in a leadership role
- You have 5+ experience operating in the Hospitality, Retail, Clinic or a related industry
- You have a degree in Business, Hospitality, Aesthetics or a related field
Responsibilities:
- Oversee 4-5 clinics within the states of Pennsylvania and New York
- Managing the successful integration of Clinic’s and supporting a positive transition
- The ongoing management of multi-unit regional clinics at a high operational level
- Manage the family focused relationship at the Clinic level
- Assist in the evolution of the MSP Premiere Model
- Manage the overall transition of clinics into the MSP family at both a high level and a granular level
- Create and execute a clinic 100 day plans and beyond
- Recruitment, selection and onboarding of Clinic Lead’s and supporting management
- Ongoing training plans for integration and further education of all Clinic Team Members including technical learning
- Establish the online centralized Team Member engagement system
- Work with the MSP Clinicians board to establish and evolve learning initiatives and continuing education
- Partner with the People team to develop recruitment and onboarding materials
- Partner with the Finance team to integrate the system into the MSP financial model and systems
- Create and evolve in-clinic Standard Operating Procedures
- Capture and evolve best practice and a process for best practice roll out
- Mentoring and development Clinic level Managers
- Assist in special projects where necessary
