Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards

- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and accurate food production
- Operate kitchen equipment such as knives, slicers, and grinders effectively
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role within a dietary department or food service setting
- Proficiency in culinary techniques and meal preparation
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume kitchen environment
- Strong teamwork skills to assist colleagues in various kitchen tasks
