We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager, who is entrepreneurially minded, committed to our vision of providing superior service to our clients, and believes in working to develop staff to their highest potential. The optimal candidate has successfully begun their journey into management and is ready to expand and enhance their skills with a firm that is on a growth trajectory.
This is a hybrid work position. 2 days at home and 3 days in our Pleasant Hill, CA office.
Qualifications for this position include:
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting
· CPA certification
· 6 years accounting firm audit experience
· 2 years in management
· Directly supervised 2+ staff
· Success in mentoring and developing professional staff
· Strong US GAAP knowledge and experience
· Able to perform and manage all aspects of the audit process.
· Financial Services experience a plus
· Strong client relationship builder
· Possess analytical, critical thinking, time management and decision-making skills
· Enjoys collaborating with team members
· Comfortable with business development activities
· Experienced with CCH suite of products a plus
· Excels in oral and written communications
· Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
This career growth position offers a competitive salary of 130k to 160k commensurate with experience, an annual bonus between 10% and 13% plus benefits.
