Position Description:
Discovery Support Services LLC is supporting a client, The Defense Health Network (DHN), they require a Executive Medicine Services Care Coordination assistance in support of DHA’s Chief of Staff. The contractor shall provide expert consultation and development of executive-level Healthcare coordination programs and tools, internal and external communications protocols, and hospitality programs by applying subject-matter-specific best practices and institutional knowledge to senior leadership (Retired General officers, Senators, and congressman). The contractor shall use various communication methods in carrying out their mission to inform the Agency and public about the programs, policies, and services that are of interest to or affect multiple groups or individuals. The incumbent will advise top Agency executives and management officials on the possible public and media reactions to proposed policy statements and/or Agency actions.
The work involves identifying communication needs and developing informational materials that inform the appropriate stakeholders of the agency’s policies, programs, services, and activities, and planning, executing, and evaluating the effectiveness of information and communication programs in furthering agency goals. Work in the series requires written and oral communication skills, analysis, and interpersonal relations. Create and maintain proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and systems to meet and exceed the clinical goals of the organization included in the strategic plan. Maintain databases of NCR MTF Primary and Specialty Clinic appointed contacts for coordinating care. Maintain regular contact with MTF leaders, accountable to executive medicine services.
Qualifications:
- Must have 5 + years of experience in a healthcare environment and/or hospitality services.
- Bachelor’s degree or technical healthcare industry certification(s) are encouraged.
- Must have exceptional verbal and written communication competencies.
- Must have experience with executing operational programs.
- Must have in-depth knowledge of the regulatory framework in Health care systems.

- Must have Secret Security Clearance.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
