POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Executive Assistant, the Front Office Coordinator will be the face of Petmate to the visitors to the corporate office.
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position will provide general support for office needs.
Tasks will include but not be limited to:
- Greeting visitors
- Answer incoming company phone calls and forward to appropriate department
- Accepting packages and communicating receipt to addressee
- Metering outgoing mail as well as sorting incoming mail
- Ordering of coffee supplies
- Ordering of office supplies
- Assist the executive assistant as needed
- Preparing Conference Rooms for meetings
- Ordering food for meeting
- Assisting with employee events and providing support as needed
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Friendly and helpful to all internal Petmate employee and external customers, candidates and stakeholders
- Strong written and oral communication
- Provide quality customer service to our internal customers
- Strong Excel experience and knowledge of Word, PowerPoint
- Ability to work on a variety of tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision.
- Deadline oriented and good organization skills.
- Consistent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1+ years office experience
- Microsoft Office skills (Power Point, Excel and Word)
- Ability to read and comprehend work instructions, correspondence and memos.
