Account Executive – Phoenix, AZ
We’re hiring immediately! We are seeking an Account Executive-Inside Sales to join our team to help clients secure furnished accommodations nationwide while maintaining and expanding our existing client relationships. This position will oversee the account management of new and existing housing inventories and partner networks to establish and refine the systems and procedures necessary for a smooth and pleasant client experience. The Account Executive will be tenacious in cold calling, establishing relationships, sales processes and communication and will understand CRM software support with a sense of urgency and organization.
Our ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment Monday-Friday from 8:30am – 5:00pm.
As an Account Executive, you will establish a strong customer base while strengthening existing customers' relationships. You will research new teams and markets by sourcing housing options, handling lease negotiations and catering to all client requests. You are organized and detail oriented and enjoy solving problems with a flair for customer service.
What You Can Expect
Pay: $55-65K Annually
Schedule: 8:30am – 5:00pm Monday – Friday

We’re looking for someone who can:
· Handle sales cycle overview & sales outreach calendar.
· Solicits and establishes customer needs.
· Prepares estimates used for sales purposes, such as planning, organizing and scheduling reservations, preparing bids, selecting vendors or properties and determining cost effectiveness.
· Maintain regular communication with Director of Sales for ongoing bids/projects.
· Develop operational processes for reducing customer service issues.
· Render excellent customer service for all clients and guests.
· Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Qualifications:
· Candidate should have 2 to 4 years’ experience as an inside sales professional with success in building a client base for their employer.
· College degree or higher experience preferred.
· A candidate with previous travel, relocation or real estate industry experience is a bonus.
