About the Job
Attorneys On Retainer Self-Protection Plan
We are currently looking for a Licensed Liability Insurance Agent who is licensed in all 50 states and or who can get licensed in all 50 states for our Attorneys on Retainer Self-Protection program. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and insurance and be able to work with our team to develop strategies to increase sales and customer retention.
The Licensed Liability Insurance Agent will help potential new clients seeking legal coverage for their self-defense needs. The Licensed Liability Insurance Agent will build interest in our program and services through various prospecting activities, including educational phone calls and emails.
The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable with a high call volume, assisting with existing client account requests, qualifying prospects, and new clients.
Responsibilities
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls
- Enter and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities.
- Run the end-to-end sales/insurance process for all opportunities including initial client communication.
- Provide quality customer service with a solution-oriented mindset.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- At least 1 - 3 years of insurance experience in the legal profession a plus.
- Hands-on experience with various CRMs and sales software tools (Experience in Infusionsoft and Salesforce a plus).
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred but not required)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and work independently.
- Comfortable in a high volume/velocity call environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office tools
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary - $28.85 to $48.08 per hour

Schedule
· 8 Hour Shift
· Monday – Friday (possible evening and weekend hours)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.85 - $48.08 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
