Job Description:
Please note that the Duration of this project, is 24 months.
As a Project Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to our project teams, ensuring efficient operations and helping us meet our strategic objectives. You will be integral in facilitating project processes and maintaining clear lines of communication among project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support one or more project teams in various administrative capacities.
- Manage contracts and change orders efficiently.
- Take and distribute meeting minutes.
- Handle project-related correspondence.
- Maintain filing systems and manage documentation.
- Assist in project closeout processes to ensure all documentation is complete and stored appropriately.
- Serve as a point of contact for operations and accounting departments.
Required Skills:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required.
- Minimum of 2 years in administrative or operations role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel (including basic formulas), and Outlook (email, contacts, and calendars). Required.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and execute them efficiently under pressure.
- Demonstrates a strong team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally both orally and in writing.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously with the ability to prioritize and organize effectively, ensuring task completion.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Procore software.
- Basic accounting knowledge, ideally within the construction industry.
- Prior experience in the construction industry is highly advantageous.
The hourly rate for this position is $23.00 to $28.00. People entering this job typically start between $23.00 -and $28.00 an hour, depending on direct professional experience and qualifications.
The Duration of this project, is 24 months.
