Job Title: Front Office Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Front Office Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our front office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and ensuring smooth communication between clinicians, patients, and our billing team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and ensure efficiency in daily activities
-Provide exceptional customer service
- Coordinate appointments and handle scheduling to optimize office workflow
- Oversee medical receptionist duties and ensure patient check-in processes run smoothly
- Handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Implement and maintain organized filing systems both physical and computerized
- Manage phone systems and address inquiries or redirect calls appropriately
- Verify patient coverage with various insurance companies
- Collect patient copays each visit
Skills:
- Proven experience in office management or related administrative roles
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with Google Suite applications for business purposes
- Proficient in file management, both physical and computerized
- Knowledge of phone systems operations and etiquette
- Excellent data entry skills with a focus on accuracy
