This position coordinates customer service delivery and quality assurance and quality improvement activities statewide. This position analyzes data to assess manufacturing quality challenges in 13 industries, dairy farms, dairy processing, and warehouse and logistics operations.
This position provides advanced research and analysis to identify and clarify quality concerns within any/all of BCE’s 13 diverse industries. leads planning for and implementation of quality assurance and quality improvement program evaluation, and related financial activities This position also leads planning for and implementation of quality assurance and quality improvement program evaluation, and related financial activities of customer service, including the RGA (Return Goods Authorization) process for all customer service returns, refunds, warranty claims, etc. for BCE.
Minimally qualified applicants will have experience:
- Working with evidence-based practices and principles on multi-disciplinary teams/programs
- Collecting & analyzing customer and production information to create & coordinate quality improvement projects
- Applying policy and program analysis techniques (i.e. research, design, data collection, etc.)

Pay: $55,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
