From Scratch kitchen, using the finest ingredients available.
Must be able to prepare dishes consistently and in a timely manner while maintaining a clean and organized station.
Able to train, led and coach others to consistently follow recipes and standards.
Must work well and communicate well with others in a high paced sometimes stressful environment.
Must be reliable and proactive.
Supervise kitchen staff and intervene when necessary.
Perform administrative duties.
Oversee equipment and arrange for repairs or purchases as necessary.
Recruit and manage staff.
Skills:
Proven experience as a Leader in the Kitchen.
Proven record of Kitchen Management.
Ability to Communicate, Delegate and Lead by Example.
Expert in Food handling and sanitation regulations.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
