Systems Engineering and Management Company is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented RMA Coordinator to join our team in the Electronic Manufacturing industry. As an RMA Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations by effectively managing the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and tracking the entire RMA process, from initiating returns to ensuring timely repairs. You will collaborate closely with our internal teams and customers to ensure that all returns are properly documented and resolved in a timely manner. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
The ideal candidate for this role is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be interacting with cross-functional teams and customers on a regular basis.
· Coordinate and track the entire RMA process, ensuring all returns are properly documented and resolved in a timely manner.
· Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate the return and replacement/repair of products.
· Maintain accurate records and documentation related to RMAs, including processing, and updating RMA requests, tracking shipments, and maintaining internal logs.
· Conduct thorough analysis of RMA data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
· Prepare reports and communicate findings to management and relevant stakeholders.
· Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns related to the RMA process.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and quality procedures.
· Strong knowledge of RMA processes and procedures.
· Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
· Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour
