Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that align with our commitment to providing an outstanding customer experience.
- Conduct thorough interviews and collaborate with department managers to ensure new hires embody our customer-centric values.
Employee Relations:
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment that reflects our dedication to Leonard’s culture and reputation.
- Address employee concerns with empathy and professionalism, recognizing the impact on the overall customer experience.
Training and Development:
- Create and implement training programs that enhance employee skills, emphasizing the importance of customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for professional growth that contribute to elevated work standards.
Benefits Administration:
- Manage employee benefits programs to support employee well-being, positively influencing their ability to provide excellent performance.
- Provide guidance and support during open enrollment periods, ensuring employees feel supported.
Performance Management:
- Oversee performance appraisal processes, tying individual and team performance goals to our commitment to superior customer service.
- Implement performance improvement plans, when necessary,
HR Analytics and Reporting:
· Utilize HR metrics to assess and continuously improve HR programs and initiatives within the company’s objective.
· Generate regular reports on key HR metrics, emphasizing their impact on delivering outstanding customer service.
Compliance and OSHA:
· Stay informed about local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
· Implement and update HR policies and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance.
· Conduct regular audits to monitor and maintain compliance with employment laws.
· Oversee the development and implementation of safety protocols in alignment with OSHA standards.
· Conduct training programs to promote a culture of safety and ensure all employees are aware of and adhere to OSHA guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR manager or similar role, with a demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence.
- In-depth knowledge of HR functions, laws, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Additional Requirements:
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
- Experience in the hospitality industry and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
