Sales Operations Administrator

Homestyle Direct, a rapidly expanding home delivered meal service company, is looking for an immediate full time Sales Operations Administrator in Twin Falls, Idaho. We are looking for an energetic and attentive individual who has the desire and drive to excel in a fast-paced environment.
The sales operations administrator will assist the growth team with various duties including coordinating conferences and events. Homestyle Direct attends and sponsors numerous events throughout the U.S. Typically, Homestyle Direct is working a conference each week of the year and often multiple events in a single week. Prior to the event this administrator will ensure Homestyle Direct has paid, signed up appropriately, and delivered materials as applicable. This person will ensure the sales team is organized and ready to sell before the event, including social media posts and emailing conference attendees. After the event, they will help coordinate follow-up communications and outreach based on the direction of the sales representatives.
Homestyle Direct is a fast-growing organization that is constantly improving processes and materials. This person should feel confident to make recommendations to improve existing practices and processes. Our sales team is busy and needs a partner to help during several business engagements throughout the year.
This person should be able to work with multiple sales representatives and leadership throughout the organization and assist with tasks associated with the growth of Homestyle Direct. Key responsibilities are outlined below.
Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinate all national, regional, and local conferences. Including payment and organization.
· Ensure booth materials are delivered to the conference location. Including marketing materials, swag, table covering, and banners. Additional materials as required by the event specifications.
· Ensure “blue folders” are packed and ready for customers.
· Process “sample meal” requests. Follow up with customers to ensure receipt and satisfaction.
· Post on “social media” specific to conference events. Help promote our team and organization. Ensure marketing is relevant to the conference and attendees.
· Keep our marketing folders/kits up to date. Ensure we have access to the most up-to-date PowerPoints and one-pagers.
· Outreach to conference attendees prior to events to introduce Homestyle Direct and our attendees. Set up meetings as applicable.
· Follow up with conference attendees providing them with information about Homestyle Direct. Set up meetings as applicable.
· Input attendee's contact information into Sugar CRM after conferences.
· Input attendees from large in-service programs into Sugar CRM.
· Ensure addresses and contact information are up to date in Sugar CRM for delivery of menus and other marketing materials as applicable.
· Join sales teammates on kick-off calls to assist in attendee documentation. Manage “chat room” to ensure questions are answered or acknowledged for the sales director.
· Coordinate internal meetings, including meeting logistics. Aid all senior leaders with meeting logistics.
· Assist case managers in meal cancellations or pauses as applicable.
· Follow up on referrals we know were made by the case manager but are not showing up in our system.
· Assist in QA preparation for key accounts and customers.
· Assist marketing and sales develop and build PowerPoint slides and content.
· Assist with communication between the sales team and office teams.
· Duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
· Strong organizational skills with an ability to multi-task.
· Knowledge of the healthcare industry.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
· Microsoft suite proficiency. PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
· Experience using a CRM tool. Sugar CRM is a plus.
Preferred Skills- Entrepreneurial, creative, commercial, strong team player, comfortable in a small business with rapid growth.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
