We are Axelon Tax Solutions, a well-capitalized, rapidly growing startup seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Executive Corporate Librarian, Document Management Systems & Learning Manager System Organizer. This full-charge, top-level administrative support position will work closely with our senior executive team to ensure organizational efficiency and knowledge management within the company and deployment of AI across all of our platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge management system, ensuring the organization and accessibility of information resources.
- Manage the company's physical and digital libraries, including acquisitions, cataloging, and circulation.
- Design and implement efficient document management systems to ensure the secure storage, retrieval, and distribution of digital documents
- Lead the design and implementation of innovative learning management systems, AI overlays and tools, including CoPilot, Chat GPT Corporate, Pi,, Zoom etc.
- Collaborate with senior executives to identify, organize, and disseminate relevant industry information, research materials, and educational resources
- Provide high-level administrative support to the senior executive team, including scheduling, communication, and project coordination.
- Stay informed of emerging trends and best practices in knowledge management, corporate librarianship, document management systems, and learning management systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
