Who are we looking for?
The Buyer Specialist is passionate about working with customers to achieve a common goal. This enthusiastic, self-starting person with a passion for selling is responsible for prospecting to convert buyers to customers, find and locate properties based on a wants and needs list, negotiate and execute contracts.
This individual will work to build a sales pipeline by prospecting to hit monthly lead generation goals. They will present enough buyer consultations and convert those appointments to reach monthly targets. This person has the organizational and time management skills necessary to handle the constant distractions that happen in the workplace to continue to stay on track for the month/quarter/year.
This individual must be highly trustworthy—in addition to being the first point of contact to the team, they will also have access to sensitive files and information regarding associates, customers, and finances.
The Buyer Specialist activities directly affect the bottom line, and as such they are deeply committed to the team achieving greater and greater levels of success, as well as to growing their own skills and developing into a leader within the team.
What will you do?
These are the standards a well-above-average performer will maintain or exceed:
- Prospect for, follow up with, presents to and services buyers.
- Maintain effective conversion rates for leads into appointments
- Convert appointments into customers
- Develop expert knowledge regarding mortgage financing, neighborhoods, schools and all other areas of homeownership.
- Provides high-level fiduciary needs analysis and coordinates a time-efficient home search process
- Consults with customers to ensure fiduciary service of the Real Estate transaction from the initial contact through contract to close.
- Coordinates with the Transaction Coordinator to ensure a seamless closing process.
- Effectively negotiates for all buyer customers
- Hold 2 Open Houses Monthly (In person)
- Report to Lead Agent at Quarterly Reviews
Essential duties and responsibilities
- Manage and build sales pipeline
- Practice and follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections
- Qualify leads to accurately convey motivation, competition, and financial specifics
- Prospect for new customers, cultivate customer relationships, set customer appointments and manage leads within our contact management system.
- Use CRM to assign action plans to customers
- Accurately track and report productivity and sales metrics
- Understand and internalize evolving real estate trends in local market
- Understand and adhere to local, state, and federal laws regarding real estate brokerage services
- Continuously attend education events to increase knowledge
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
Compensation package:
