Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our retail store. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and managing a team effectively.
Duties:
- Manage store staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Monitor inventory levels and order new items as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Oversee cash register operations and ensure accuracy in all transactions
- Implement store policies and procedures to maintain operational efficiency
- Merchandising store sections and fixtures
Skills:
- Proficiency in cash register operations and Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in management
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse customer interactions
- Previous experience in retail store management.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to train and develop team members to enhance performance
