City Wide Facility Solutions is a $500 million dollar national sales and commercial property management company seeking to add a motivated Account Manager to our growing team. Our Atlanta location is one of the best performing locations in the system. A City Wide Account Manager manages multiple building maintenance contracts and maintains positive relationships with our customers. The ideal candidate will be hard-working, detail oriented, independent, and results oriented. The Account Manager is tasked with keeping and growing customers and capturing all the building maintenance spend.
Job Type: Full-time On site
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for managing the business operations of an assigned client base in designated service area.
· Start new client accounts, troubleshoot and resolve customer requests & complaints, coordinate site visits and develop positive long-term relationships with clients and contractors.
· Increase sales/service opportunities in existing accounts and determine contractor pricing, staffing and logistics associated with project management of each service.
· Prospect new facilities within your territory, proactively assisting the sales department with lead generation, and capturing noncontract revenue on additional commercial projects.
· Direct Night Manager(s) to follow up in customer accounts regarding complaints and ensure follow through on complaint resolutions by analyzing reports from night manager the following day.
· Provide bids and invoices to clients accurately and on time for additional contracted and non-contracted services.
· Capture client spending related to supplies and disposables.
· Effectively communicate all client issues with contractors and the Director of Operations; promptly address any client issues or problems that arise.
· Use City Wide’s CRM to perform client inspections, update contacts, and provide accurate billing records.
· Be present and participate in monthly contractor paydays, and operational meetings.
· Maintain updated route sheets, key/alarm sheets, and general account information.
Experience:
- High school diploma required, Bachelor’s preferred.
- 3 year’s sales / management experience in building maintenance, facility management or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience as an Account Manager, Business to Business Sales, Account Representative, or other customer service route-based positions preferred.
- Must have driver’s license and access to transportation.
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Knowledge in CRM databases preferred.
Pay:
· $55,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
· Bonus/Commission pay
