Health and Wellness Clinic Manager:
**This position is full time and in person located in our Charlotte office.**
Our fun-loving, ambitious Charlotte team is seeking a compassionate, caring and natural born leader to join us in changing lives while managing our Charlotte clinic. As a PHD Team Leader you will experience the fulfillment every day of supporting individuals on their weight loss journey while leading a high-energy, passionate team of coaches, consultants and administrative staff.
What You’ll Do:
- Participate in client care and manage team dynamics while modeling PHD’s Core Values.
- Identify and manage team strengths and weaknesses and have direct oversight of daily activities including client care, inventory, and daily in-store operations.
- Inspire and motivate the PHD team to grow and retain customer base through an excellent customer experience.
- Work with leadership to identify opportunities and problems and initiate plans for decision-making and problem solving in the organization, specifically with regards to the clinic
- Coordinate regular staff meetings and performance reviews
- Directly supervise clinic staff to include coaches, front desk admins and health consultants assuring adequate coverage for all schedules and arrange for coverage for sick and vacation time
- Be a highly effective and proficient PHD Coach, inspiring clients to improve their health and transform their lives.
- Perform one-on-one, in-person, nutrition consulting services and general client care based solely on the PHD methodology.
- Develop personal connections with our clients and provide them support and accountability.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the clinic.
- Be a passionate advocate for health and wellness.
- Create a welcoming environment for all people who walk through the doors.
- Learn, understand and implement the foundation of the PHD dietary methodology.
- Help clients achieve life-changing goals while being their biggest supporter
What You’ll Bring:

- An innate ability to problem solve within the guidelines of the research based, scientifically proven PHD method of weight loss.
- The ability to thrive and motivate in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with clients on a regular basis
- A minimum of 3 years of experience and performance in a management role
- Experience in the health and wellness industry preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
