Description:
The Sales Support Specialist will be accountable for the efficient front-line support for our sales organization, including the Business Development Managers (BDMs), the Regional Business Development Manager (RBDM), National Account Manager (NAM), Business Development Executive (BDE), the Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), and the Regional Directors or Sales (RDOS). The Sales Support role is a combination of the tactical execution of support tasks and becoming a resource of knowledge and support for our sales organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Supports sales organization daily

Answer and document sales team calls, prospective customers, and assist with field requests for assistance.

Respond to Sales team and prospective customer emails daily.

Update and manage various databases relevant to the sales organization

Use and understand various systems to execute daily tasks

Support Cozzini EDGE events and ad hoc projects
-
Work both remotely (at home) and in office as required by company.

Oher duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
Physical and Visual Activities:

Daily, must be able to remain stationary for long periods of time

Must be able to frequently communicate through phone, email, text and in person methods and constantly have visual acuity

Must be able to constantly operate computers and office equipment

Ability to sit for long periods of time, may occasionally stand and/or move about the building and/or reach, bend or twist

Regular in-office attendance

Ability to travel up to 25%
