Premier Family Law Firm, Hallier Stearns, PLC, located in Central Phoenix, seeks an experienced Receptionist.
- Communicate clearly, tactfully, and professionally with all lawyers, other employees and clients/visitors
- Must have a professional appearance, enthusiastic attitude, and clear and courteous telephone voice
- Ability to manage phone calls and multiple phone lines
- Assist Firm Administrator with bookkeeping, filing, and overseeing supply orders
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and organize
- Law firm experience preferred, but not required
- Works well with a collaborative, legal team
- Position may be physical at times and requires the ability to lift/carry up to 40 pounds
- Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word and Excel)
