**Job Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and ensuring smooth communication within the organization. There will be some hands on tasks since we are a small office.
**Duties:**
- Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
- Handle budgeting and financial management tasks.
- Oversee training and development programs for office staff.
- Manage human resources functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
- Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment maintenance needs.
**Qualifications:**
- Strong background in administrative, clerical, and office management tasks.
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management.
- Excellent skills in training development and human resources management.
- Ability to effectively communicate with staff at all levels.
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling phone systems effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
