Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness
- Supervise staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies
- Organize office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions
- Strong background with computer technology and software systems.
- Experience with social media
- Ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of data
- Experience with insurance is a positive, but not necessary
Skills / education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business
- 3 or more years of previous management experience
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Experience in medical office management
- Proficient in general office management tasks
- Strong clerical skills
- Exceptional organizational abilities
- Proficiency in calendar management
- Experience in training development is beneficial
- Knowledge of payroll procedures
- Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills
