As the Supervisor of the Interpretation Services Call Center, you will oversee a group of Harris Health Spanish Interpreters. This will mean that you provide leadership and support to the department through observation, mentorship, and coaching of your direct reports in addition to conducting employee performance appraisals. The Supervisor of Interpretation Services also identifies and assists in fulfilling the psychosocial needs of non-English speaking patients, visitors, and patients.
